Return/Exchanges
Upon Receiving the package, you will find enclosed: your purchases and receipt. If you wish to exchange an item it must be returned with proof of purchase. Please indicate the reason for the exchange. Goods must be returned in original packaging, with swing tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition to be eligible for exchange. Please note- We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on any sale items.

What if my item is faulty?
If you find fault in your item, please contact us with proof of purchase. Depending on available stock, we will either replace the faulty item or refund the invoice amount. We will also credit the return shipping costs to your nominated credit card for faulty or damaged items.
What If The Item I Received Is Not What I Ordered?
If we have made a mistake processing your order, contact us with proof of purchase. Depending on available stock, we will replace your incorrect item with the correct one or refund the invoiced amount. We will also credit the returned shipping costs to your nominated card for orders incorrectly processed.
Do I Have To Pay The Return Shipping?
The return shipping is at the customers expense for all regular returns. If the return is a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and then credited back onto their nominated card by C4 Belts.
Can I Return A Sale Or Discounted Item?
We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.

How Do I Make A Purchase?
Shopping at C4 Belts is easy:
- If you know what you are looking for, use Products link in navigation menu. Alternatively, search the site by clicking the search icon.
- Once you have found an item, make your selection and 'Add to Cart'.
- Review the items in your cart by selecting the 'the shopping cart' icon at the top of the page. Items may be deleted from the shopping cart, click on checkout to complete your order.

How Will I Know You Received My Order?
You will receive a conformation email as soon as you have placed your order so you know we have received it! You will then receive an email containing your invoice after the order has been processed. As well as your confirmation, all Aussie orders will receive an email from Australia Post, who is our preferred shipper, with a parcel tracking number so you can keep track of your shipment once it has left C4 Belts. How Do I Use Discount Codes?
Discount codes may be entered in the checkout prior to purchase. If your valid discount code does not apply the discount, please email us at info@c4belts.com.au.

Yes all C4 Belts prices are in AUD.
Do Your Prices Include GST And Other Taxes?
All Product prices listed on the site are inclusive of GST however are DDU (delivery duty unpaid). Please be aware that international orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrive, these vary in price and name from country to country. i.e. VAT taxes etc. please contact your local customs office for further information.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
C4 Belts offers shipping at flat rates depending on the destination.
Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post as our preferred shipper. As soon as your parcel has left us at C4 Belts it is in the hands of Australia Post to deliver it safely and within their standard timeframe, Please be aware that at time things can happen outside of our control and packages may get stuck in transit for unknown reasons, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed up a delivery, but we are always happy to follow up on late deliveries.

International Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs Duties and Taxes change all the time and vary from country to country. C4 Belts cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the importation of your order. If you are unsure of what potential customs duties may apply to your order please call your local customs office for more details.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
All orders are had packed at C4 Belts, so we work as fast as possible to be able to get your gear to you.
Having said that we aim to process and send orders within one business day, orders must be in before 3pm for same day dispatch.
Delivery will then take between 2 and 7 business days for orders within Australia - Rural areas may take a little longer to receive their goods.
Can I Track My Order Status Through My Account?
You will be notified of the order confirmation and dispatch through your account via email, however the tracking of your parcel is available through Australia Post. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the tracking service once your order has been dispatched.
What If I'm Not Home When My Order Arrives Will I Need To Sign For It?
We Provide standard postage for all our orders, which requires a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when deciding where to have your package delivered to. We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. We suggest using your work or business address if you are not at home during the week. If there is no one available to sign for your package then a postal card will be left informing you that delivery was missed and it to be picked up from your local post office during business hours.

Returns Policy
Full priced merchandise in an original saleable condition that has not been worn, washed or used in anyway, with all original tags attached may be returned for a full refund or online store credit note. Returns are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of receipt in Australia. For international purchases you have 14 days to notify us and return your items from the date you receive your items. Items not received within this period won't be accepted, items have to be in original condition and must not have been worn. altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Sale and Discounted Items:
Unfortunately we can't provide refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items this includes items bought during flash or VIP sales. Return shipping is payable by the customer (excluding return of faulty or damaged items; in which case the return postage will be credited to the nominated credit card) and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
C4 Belts takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
C4 Belts reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If you would like to return your item for any reason, please follow the returns procedure outlined in these terms and conditions.
